To help us route your message quickly, put one of the following words at the start of your subject line, then describe the issue in the body.
Correction
You believe something we published is wrong. Include the URL of the page, the exact sentence or figure you are disputing, and whatever evidence you have: a certificate of analysis, a breeder’s published lineage record, a link to the primary study, a product label photo. Substantiated correction reports are our highest inbox priority, and our Corrections Policy explains what happens after you press send.
Review
Questions or challenges about a strain profile or product review, including from the brand being reviewed. We will engage on facts and evidence. We will not discuss changing a score or a conclusion for any commercial reason, a position explained in our Editorial Standards.
Advertising
Display advertising and partnership inquiries. Read the Advertise With Us page first; it sets out what we accept, what we refuse, and how sponsored material is labeled. Proposals that ignore those rules do not get a reply.
Copyright
Formal infringement notices and counter notices under our DMCA and Copyright Policy. That page lists the required elements of a valid notice; incomplete notices cannot be acted on.
Privacy
Requests concerning your personal data, described in our Privacy Policy, including access and deletion requests.
What we cannot help with
Some requests arrive daily and always get the same answer, so here it is in advance.
- Medical questions. We cannot tell you whether cannabis or CBD is safe for you, what dose to take, or how it interacts with your medication. Those questions belong with a doctor or pharmacist who knows your history. See our Disclaimer.
- Sourcing. We do not sell anything and we will not tell you where to buy cannabis, point you to sellers, or forward your details to vendors.
- Legal advice. We cannot assess the law of your jurisdiction for you. Consult local official sources or a lawyer.
- Guest posts and link placement. We do not publish third party submitted articles or sell links, regardless of the offer. These emails are deleted unanswered.
Response times
We are a small team. Substantiated corrections are usually acknowledged within two working days. Advertising and general inquiries may take up to a week. If a message needs no reply or falls into the categories above, it may not receive one, but it was still read.
